HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

5 hours max, i really need to sleep more but im a light sleeper

i think i sleep 7-9 hour but it depend on situation. . . .

Typically 7 if i can. Sometimes less

6-8 hours optimal and efficient. have to live the best way for the best results

Tough question. I'd say on average of 5 - 6 hours

I want to sleep for 6 hours, but my brain works only after 8 hours.

About 4 I work with heavy equipment 16 hrs a day so 4 hrs and lots of energy drinks for me

Slam a monster or two and sleep for 4 hour intervals. Sometimes I pay the sleep debt and sleep for half a day, sometimes I dont.
