HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I usually sleep around 3-4 hours per day, fuck that, I hate to sleep and eat

i try and get 8 but it's either 3 hours of sleep or 12 hours of sleep

I always try to get 8 hours
but just get 5 to 7

i don't sleep hours, i sleep days.

Usually 6hrs, sometimes less.

My sleep schedule is way too inconsistent, I'd say it's like 5/6 hours on average. It has been getting slightly better as of late.

shii weekdays a cool 5-6 hours and on weekends a nice 7-9

I sleep about 5 hours on average sometimes less sometimes 8-9

i have to get 7-8 or else i feel dizzy and sluggish for the beginning of the day
