have you tested out different settings in the game? it could be that you need to update your drivers too?

yup. it stutters and doesnt have a stable FPS. dont know why but its probably just need to be updated

I have RTX 3070, Ryzen 5 5600x and 32gb i dont have a major problem with my FPS.

But i need to turn on DLSS for a better smooth gameplay
