how many hours do you sleep per day?

well its 6am now i'll be up by 10

i sleep fdor about 3 hours a day :/

I'm student Rn i sleep like 6 hours, but before, i was able to sleep for 10h easly. Ouch

probably about 6 on a good night

8 hours minimum if not no sleep

On average 6-7, honestly I go to sleep pretty late as well so it's not healthy lol

I sleep around 8 hours a day. I notice I cant work as good and focus as much when I don't sleep enough. Sleep is very important.

I nap whenever I can probably total 5-6 hours

my daily go is 6 hrs but the sleep quality comes around 80%

i sleep 10ish hours cus i be tired 247 lol
