IPS Community 4.7.5

I was on another site and they had the posting about 4.7.5 and I was able to get a copy. I felt it was right to share it here. I haven't tested it yet but I will be this weekend but if anyone else wants to then here you go as well.

Hi great post! however did anyone find any issues with upgrading from an old version I have not tried this and trying to avoid a disaster lol
