OpenVPN doesn't log do they?

it is required by US law that VPN's based in the US must log.

OpenVPN has you connect via different servers. I remember my friend making one, and he couldn't log anything. but eh

I vouch for vpngate, provides a free and wide range of VPNs in different countries and works with a lot of protocols.

I wouldn't use free VPN.
