Aoki got butthurt in the thread comments lol. It's a nice color changer, maybe less applicable but easier than going into the settings and changing it.

I Posted a simple color changer tutorial but there is another picker there in my tutorial that maybe you can implement Creating A color Picker using Jquery w/cookies

I'm just trying, i don't necessary want a db based, so if i can make it work even a cookie based should be fine.

The link I gave you will help you to make one but that's not enough good. If you really want to use on Live Forum then hire someone to make custom one.

I use the cookie plugin along with the tutorial I posted to work on my homepage which isnt a forum and my actual forum.
