What do you guys do to make yourself happy?

There are many ways to have fun. I like to ride my bike with my friends. I also like to watch movies with my family in the evenings, we used to watch them online, but now we download them on our MacBook and we can watch them in any format thanks to the video player, just play mkv on mac . I also like to exercise, it helps me cheer up and improves my health. In fact, there are many ways to enjoy life, the main thing is to find your favorite activity. For example, my sister is happy when she works and I don't enjoy my work, everyone likes different things.
