how many hours do you sleep per day?

I usually get around five or six hours. That doesn't sound too healthy though.

if I don't get 10 hours or more i feel like shit and cant get out of bed. but I can feel fine on 8-9, 7 a little less. less than 7 i cant

I usually sleep around 10 to 14, less than that I don't work

My sleep is fucked, I always try to get in atleast 6 hours sleep but thats rare for me i usually go for about 4 hours.
