yeah agree with some of the posts here, after effects and premiere pro do the job well

I use Sony Vegas Pro my like program

Vegas, it is a great program for decoupage and does a magnificent job with post editing etc, you are very dependent on plugins, but nothing that is not worth it. I prefer it than the huge adobe bundles (but I end up using ps too)
