After effects is the best imo even though it's really unstable

I combine Final Cut with After effect personally but many people are using Da Vinci for colour grading now

adobe fam is great, easy to use !

if its not after effects its got to be capcut, ik that may be contraversial but its insane what you can do with a phone now..

If you want to edit pics, i can recomment Photopea. Its like photoshop but in browser, free and can edit many different file formats (including .psd).

Premier Pro has been my fav go to on PC and Mac, if you are asking about free one - Kdenlive and shotcut, on Mobile I would prefer capcut or cn video editor
