[MAP LEAK] rp_asheville VMF

This is a working and compilable version of rp_asheville.
A map that notoriously had edit and decompile protection. The creator of the map even disallows map edits.

I have gone through and made the map capable of editing and re-compiling. All you need is to unpack the materials from the original addon and drop them in garrysmod in the Garry's Mod directory.

I recommend using gmpublisher to download the assets using the "Downloader" tab.
