Yes you can easily get them from youtube videos and even on craigslist!

They should be on the bottom of the product, usually for mouses and keyboards they are

Sorry, I just came back got heaps of study lately in school ...

Method doesn't work, they ask for faulty Keyboard.

This Keyboard looks great to me , ill buy it hoho

I did it with the headset and they wanted it back, I responded with my address and whatnot (this was like a week ago) and I just got an email today saying they shipped my replacement!

I'll give it a shot, seems like it might need some customizing to make it more believable but it'll be good practice! Thank you :D

So you only sent them your address and didn't ship anything?
