I don't know, not a group owner nor have I ever been one.
I'd just take some popular theme (like anime, though there is a group for that so don't make a new one) and make a group based off that.

Do you do web development or anything related, or do you just work with Aoki?

I'm a staff member, I don't really do anything major like design or write plugins.
I do know some level of web design though.
