HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I try attest 4 hrs for I can work but if not 8 lol

I sleep between 6 and 8 hours

I try to sleep at least 8 hours a day, but with my work schedule it is unfortunately not always possible. I'm curious, when you get enough sleep do you find it hard to wake up and get out of bed, or is it easy for you? I just started to notice that when I sleep more than 8 hours it is very easy for me to wake up and start doing things, but when I sleep less than 8 hours, I can not wake up from the first time. Or rather I can, but I need to turn on the lights to completely banish sleep. I even bought myself a flat LED light fixture to turn it on myself when I can't wake up. It really helps me banish sleep and start moving. Is this the same for you?

Probably like 5-6 now that school started

I don't like to sleep a lot, I usually sleep over 8-10 hours.

7-8 hours but some times less because of me watching games & stuff

I sleep around 6-7 hours which is not really enough but i have a job so yeah

For the past 10 years 5-7h on workdays and 8-9 on the weekends

I average 5-6 hours a night, Theres a lot of hours in a day where I can work, I feel good with 5 hours
