EX1045: Access denied for user ''@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Hello
I just dowloaded the newest Ipboard out there (also on a fresh Xampp installation)
But when i open the installation. and push "Start Installation" i just get this error
EX1045: Access denied for user ''@'localhost' (using password: NO)

It also says this

Hi

I don't know if this would work but have you tried this method?

A) 1: Go to Local Disk© drive

2: Select xamp server

3: Select apps folder

4: Select phpmyadmin4.1.14

5: Find config.inc.php Edit with notpad++

6: Find this lane,$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = '';

7: Give password('admin') same as Mysql

Example,

mysql root password :admin
phpmyadnin password :admin
