HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I like sleep and fit eat, i love my health, i usally sleep least 8 hours.

I try to sleep 8 hours but i usually sleep 6 hours

6 Hours a day, but if I don't have time to sleep 6 hours, I do 4 but with calm music playing in the background with redlights.

I always try to get at least 7-8 hours but i always get sth around 6 or 10 xD and im tired because i slept too much or less

I mainly take naps all day and get one huge 4-5 sleep early in the morning.

Sadly if I sleep too many hours I wake up tired and go back to sleep.

It's 4:00AM and I've gotten just 4hours of sleep
