I think the safest 5 star that should stay relevant is hu Tao. She's always gonna be a single damage beast

Got venti in the first pull and still playing with him, in the adventure mode is still the best in order to move across the map, and in fight depends on your team but his ult making the ability to regroup the enemy and combine with any other element like fire, water, earth makes him the best in my opinion
