UserCP Action

So @Cyan wanted this for a Theme Settings page. So I decided to play around with it, and there we have it. Lol, it's easy. Prolly too easy.

Here is the plugin if you want it.

What it comes with:

• Settings (allow different groups to access it)
  

NOTE: I didn't implent the theme settings and shit, I just made the page. If you play around with the plugin, you might be available to make another action.
