Did something really stupid

I accidently removed all rows from mybb_forums in phpmyadmin and now all forums are stuck in the admin cp and cannot remove them anymore since they don't exist anymore in phpmyadminanyway i can turn this back or? fix this?

So first you delete your inc folder then you delete all your mybb rows
