HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

normally like 6-8 but ive been slacking recently

I usually get around 7 or 8 hours. I used to get less, and didn't realize how much that was impacting my productiveness as a human being.

i try to get around 8 hours a day, i'm always so tired if i get less

I have to sleep at least 6 hours

7-8 hours, if to scholl then 4-6 hours

its honestly never consistent but usually around 6 hours

Mínimo entre 6 y 8 horas diarias para poder rendir en mi día.

idek i just be sleeping when i tired but i guess id say 7 or 8 hours
