Denied Suggestion: A Random Section for Random Threads

While reading an instructional post about posting rules by a mod I believe I saw them reference a Random Section where posts do not count and anything can be posted, but I haven't been able to find it on here despite searching and getting 15+ posts.

Maybe it was removed, or I don't have access to it for some reason(still pretty new), and if that's the case please disregard this.

If it doesn't exist yet I think it'd be a good outlet for the myriad of characters that frequent this place. Who knows what kind of crazy awesome stuff it'd inspire? Would be lots of fun.
