HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

a solid 5 but sometimes 9

6+, it really needs to be more, makes the 9 to 5 barely bearable

i really try to sleep for 8 hours but this damn phone ruining it

i only get 4 -6 , and i sleep late as hell

i rarely get like 3 -5 its hard to sleep idk why

on weekdays i try to sleep around 8hrs a day, on weekends i sleep in hella getting 9-10

Fortunate enough to manage a healthy life with less sleep, all my life thought i was the only one but surprisingly alot of people in the community does it too. guess thats how we relate to one another

I am for 8 but I usually end up with 4 to 6

well i dont even know at this point

minimum 6 hours,...else i feel lazy all day
