Why am I quiet all the time?

Whenever I am at family gatherings I am always quiet.

I try to talk but I don't have the energy.

Does anyone have the same experience?

if I had to summarize and conclude on my personal experience, I realized that my family does deserve to drain my energy that's why I remain silent all the time

sometimes, I find that doing little things exercise wise can be really helpful

get more sleep, drink some coffee, and hang around with more people who are extroverts

saying too much might ruin the how the event goes or you want to play it safe and not ruin the relationship with relatives

Isn't it normal? cause I do it all the time

Oh, I totally get that! Family gatherings can be exhausting, especially if you're more on the introverted side. Sometimes, it's just nice to sit back and observe. You're definitely not alone! 😅🙌
