Seeing old messages

Hi so i had a friend from 2018 who i use to talk to 24/7 i had a few messages with him on this site but the conversations are completely gone. i haven't talked to him since 2019 and have no way of getting in contact with him other than this site is there anyway for me to find my old conversations with him? thanks

Maybe contact support, but they could've deleted convoy past a certain date to save space
