Use Gemini AI and ask for theoretical technical books that you think will improve your skills and help you improve your ideas. I am one of those who think that creativity can be learned as another skill.

Go outside. Being swarmed with tons of designs on pinterest or whatever kind of just overstimulates you with too many things and doesn’t let your mind develop ideas itself. Take inspiration from unconventional things, like music or non-digital designs. Anything works

you get ideas by being inspired ideas from other sources of media, sometimes you can naturally get ideas because media you have consumed that you can put something together subconsciously
