[5.x] Light Blue v2

This is a light blue skin for vBulletin 5, it's a little basic but not bad.

You forgot the Hide-Tags
Put the download link between the two hide tags, just like that:

[hide]DOWNLOAD LINK[./hide] (Without the "." (the dot))

I actually did put them in that time, but they didn't seem to stick, does it matter at all if I use the quick edit or full editor or if I put the tags inline with the link or above and below them?

If you don't add them when you are creating the thread, you need to Full Edit your thread to make the hide tags work.
