How'd you get into LOL?

I've never got into it but I know people who pay this game. I've seen streams of people playing it and see it gets very intense. What made you get into LOL, and how did you start off?

Hi, I used to play warcraft III and once I tried multiplayer I was hooked. Controlling the hero units was really something. Forward 10 years later and I heard my neighbors talking about LoL so I googled it. Downloaded similar games like Dota 2 and Hon but they were not my cup of tea.

LoL was like dejavu with the pings, the mini map and the item shop. I felt right at home and the rest is history.
Why didn't you like it?

So you have been playing LoL since season 2?

my cousin made me play it, im addicted.

My English friend I've had on steam for like 4 years kept nagging me to get into it, I play it seldom, but I enjoy the content and e-sports.

I used to play it a lot, but that was from season 1-4, then I stopped. I started playing because my brother wanted me to. And then a year later when they left beta, my friends started playing, so that's basically it.

cousin started to play it in beta i tried out and stopped and started again in season1 cause a friend wanted to play

I saw my brother playing it in season 1 or 2 and thought it was a nice idea so i started playing it then i got addicted.

I've played it a couple times with friends, But I don't have the time nor patience to fully get into it.

irl friend told me about it, fucked up my life.
