Yeah I understand, but also placing it into the public isn't a smart idea.

I meant that when you choose someone, you make the plan.

Wouldn't suggest this. I run one of the leading forums about cracking. Easy to rank, but tough competition if you don't got the buck. Such as we have, the leading forums.

But I still wish you good luck and offer you my advise.

I have a few questions:
  • Seeing as this is a 'cracking forum' which is also blackhat in a sense. I assume you are either hosting off-shore on a DMCA ignored service or you are self-hosting. Correct?
  • Do you have the ability to be able to fight something should someone decide to take your forum to court?
  • Is your IPB license nulled or do you have a legitimate copy?
  • You say you have 300'ish members, but are they active members and contributing?
  • How much 'profit' have you made in the last few months, minus expenses of hosting and upkeep?
  • Why are you seeking a 'partner' with someone whilst your forum is still relatively small?

If you can answer those questions it'll help people decide if they'd like to help or not.

Perileos, Faded - Anything I missed that's fairly important in running a forum, let alone a hacking forum?

With your last question you can already find out who will do most of the work. a good question would be why the op wants to make a forum.
