It's like, The Mentalist, but you get the extra from his story and his "family" (?). I liked it pretty much, the next season is going out tomorrow I believe

I like this series. And watching season 2.

You summed it up pretty perfectly, I'm not a fan of the crime / FBI series too, but this one, it's just different.
The main character, Lucifer, is hilarious due to his personality and how he sees humans as lower and stupid individuals.
Yet, he's growing fond of them and has taken a liking to them. Overall just a really funny character.

Regarding as to how it will end, I imagine it's going to be cancelled at some point, it's gonna end a season with a cliffhanger, and then get cancelled.
Too common in good TV shows, I sure hope it won't be the case, but it wouldn't surprise me.

I really liked Firefly,Forever,Camelot and a few more,but they were both cancelled. Shit seriously happens.

Yeah ugh, I was watching Forever and was so hyped about it, such potential and the story seemed like it really had something goodgoing for it.
Followed it since episode one, and was so disappointed when I heard that the show got cancelled.

Another good show wasThe Tomorrow People, I actually really liked that one, but that one too, cancelled after first season.
A few others: Almost Human, Freaks and Geeks and as you mentioned, Firefly.

turns out that the detective is apparently half angel, hence his powers doesn't work close to her i guess.
