So what exactly is this. All of your descriptions are very vague and not well stated imo.

Is this for startups? Existing businesses?
Also. Using vouches in your thread design from people who are NOT customers and who have NOT used your services is not going to get you far. That's the same as having a bunch of random people go up to you and say "Yeah. I vouch that this person here knows what he's doing. I haven't used him, but he definitely knows what he's doing so therefore you should use him."

I also don't think you can use off-site vouches.

It's for any sort of business. We will work with whatever you give us to find the best solution. Also, the vouches are not intended to persuade you to buy this service from NBB. They're general testimonials. I will update the thread if we can get some vouches from this community. If the vouches are causing an issue, I'll just remove them.

Does the complete business plan include the business consultation as part of the bundle?

Yes it does. Our fullbusiness plans consist of an 8-11 page plan and free Skype consultations until the plan is completed.
