#1 Because of bug in Mybb 1.8.4 or older version https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/1903 you must made edit in inc/adminfunctions_templates.php file before install this plugin.
Open inc/adminfunctions_templates.php with Notepad++
Find:
$sqlwhere = '>\'0\'';
Replace:
$sqlwhere = '>\'-2\'';
