Yeah that's who I work for. Is it a general Ethernet connection issue or more WiFi based?

Most likely yeah but sometimes with Sky you can do a full reset in the router which can the odd time refresh on the network and if they've started to fix it can get you back online earlier. I had Sky years ago and always had outages, this usually worked and it was their team who told me to do it.

Yeah I know feels like it's worthless purchasing the code. If there is no active winner I'll need to try choose a random I think.
