Yeah on their social media they won't report all area faults you'd need to call them. When you do ask for an outage reference. They will have one as they would need to keep track of them all.

Yeah. So I've only been posting on this due to getting notifications. Luckily v3 was released, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use nulled at all due to the lack of mobile support on the original theme.

Yeah usually they have an area related service status checker. We have one on our own website.

To answer the first part I would say yes do that.
The second part if it's saying your services are fine then it's probably an individual issue and you'll need a tech.
Probably be a visit about the 29th of December at this rate.
