I said I hate having to exchange, I didn't say I won't.

I'm usually using coinbase but if you need a service which doesn't need verification, there are people who sell it on localbitcoins. mostly for the double of the normal price though.

I saw that cubits.com is allowing some wallets like skrill, dotpay, neteller but not paypal yet

You could try cashing out the PayPal balance and then doing a local bitcoin trade from someone near you.
