"Lined" Userbar

LINED USERBAR

I've never been fan of the "glowy" style of userbars as of late, so I am always trying to find new methods to make appealing userbars. In that sense, I went back on one of my older ideas, using no transparency, no advanced shapes or anything. Simple shapes with solid color and a simple font. One that is eye-catching and yet easy to overlook. Though I will continue to tweak on this, what do you think?

I really like it, I've always been a fan of the more "simplistic" UB's well done...

Yes, I tend to favor more "clean" and "simple" elements for web design. Too much glow is a killer, and thus glow should be used wisely. Sadly, 99% of "designers" on forums don't get this.

Or does it? As I said, there is no transparency here, meaning there is text above the line.
