VAC Emitter?

Is there a program that allows a person to test to see if a program (in most cases a cheat) is VAC'd? If so would anyone be willing to provide a leak? Thank you.

Haven't seen one. I think your best bet might be checking comments or posts if the cheat is detected or not. Then again, it shouldn't really matter anyways since you shouldn't be cheating on a main. Not implying that you are, but it's just a thought.
