You get cases for playing the game. (Not sure how you get them exactly) Then you can buy a key and open the case. If you're lucky, you get a rare weapon/knife, which is worth a ton.

Keys are $2.50! :noh: They kind of force you to pay to get the awesome skins but you can still get some for free by just playing the game. If you collect enough skins you should be able to trade for better ones. :yus:
