Carry champs?

Annie, Nasus, Malzahar

I think that irelia is so good atm hard carry and scales really good at the late game

I propose:

Renekton,
Shen,
Wukong,
Poppy,
Kennen.

Mostly assassins. And Malzahar is OP too.

Chogath, kayle, hecarim, gp, kata, ..

xerath on scripts is best champ ever

in low elo tryndamere, fiora, yasuo are good to carry

I suggest you taking the champ you like the most and playing only that champ, making yourself a one trick. It will be easier that way to go up in ranks

Vayne > Riven > Nasus > Jax > Teemo
Everyone will kill everything on the top even Vayne :D hehe
