Looking for someone to setup my forums for 100$

Ok so basically my forums is all setup im just lazy asfuck to make the categories..which i already made but I would like them revamped..And the correct permissions set for the user groups and the forum categories..Someone with knowledge of making basic edits to myBB's theme and who can install and configure the addons for me..Dont ask for upfront payment unless you have a very good reputation :p
