Which one is better as a performance? Win7pro or win10

When I look at the comparison, it seems that it gives me a much better performance while installing win10 but win7 pro?

I used to be on win7 home and ever since i updated to win10 i've had improvements in performance but get blue screen sometimes :(

If you're just worried about performance then Windows 7 < Windows 8/8.1 < Windows 10
Not to mention for gaming windows 10 supports DX12.

I use win 10 Pro for working with unreal (DX12 testing)

if you're looking for a productivity OS, use Win 10. If for gaming purpose then use 7

Windows 10 has been optimized quite a bit and it's extremely lightweight, definitely Windows 10.
