Postbit Questions

Yes, I have googled it and i couldn't find anything that is working in latest version and/or that im doing something wrong...

What I want to do is to give specific usergroups postbits such as; (Let's say, Admin won't have his post count in postbit) or (Admins won't have Warning Level in postbit.)

And I want to make Year of Service which I can't although i have followed all the instructions in guides.
