Buy Usertitle and Username 1.3 [Newpoints plugin]

UPDATED TO WORK WITH 1.8.x

I have edited the php file so that it will work with v1.8.x with no known issues!


This plugin allows users change username or usertitle by paying a certain fee.

Settings:
Groups allowed to change usertitle
Groups allowed to change username
Usertitle Change Price
Username Change Price
Last Changes (for the statistics page)

Statistics are shown in the ACP NewPoints Statistics page and in the NewPoints Statistics page accessible by users.
