what do you mean by bitcoin mixer?

Mixer is a service that takes your BTC and gives you different ones back so it is hard to trace where they came from. Usuallty they will take some % to do that. I havent used personally so cant recommend any but you should be able to Google some easily

Alphabay offers a legit mixing service, you should check it out

just use the popular ones.

its only good if you always use different address, but be careful if you try to do shady stuff feds might be on your tail.
