This release is intended to improve performance and fix known bugs in the previous release. New features:
New setting of a moderator, limiting the ability of users to ignore moderators.
New group setup to allow users to close or to open their own content.
New setting groups to hide a group in the search results.
When moving the content, the moderators can choose where to go after moving.
Activity streams can be generated in compact form by default.
Sending e-mail messages if you lock the account.
If you change the user in the ACP, now you can see how filled his box of private messages.
