[WTB] Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator

Hey everyone I don't know if this is possible or not, that's why im posting here. I want to get into making thread designs and all that good stuff to help out the community. But I need the program(s). I was wondering if anyone is able to help me out with this. Let me know by commenting thanks! :D
