I do that alot not only cats but dogs too. Dogs feel really happy when they see you and while cats are like girls with attitude, which makes us want them more (don't think anything dirty)

I had 10 cats once and they all hurt me all the time still have some scars on my back.

I only had 1 cat and they can hurt.

Whenever I come back from school, on my way I see like two cats don't know if they're stray or not. I try petting them but they run away but I will never give up till I pet one of them xD. I love cats.
