On the xml file, at line 17... where there is the "href", add: {url="app=core&module=overview&controller=dashboard"}

So whenever you click on your title site inside the AdminCP, it will go back to dashboard

For do this without plugin. Go to the category of translate and search the title of the administration. Change him.
