CS:GO or CS:CO?

CS:CO is nostalgic yes, but i prefer cs:go more cause you can actually que matchmaking

CS 1.6 is a perfect game just outdated and CSGO is just for money whoring it, Valve does to update, is mostly for money and rarely fixes things. Valve seems to not care about the community or the game at all but still try hard to keep the profit coming in and people fall for it. CSCO is like 1.6 but mixed with the fixes they did in CSS and CSGO so in my opinion CSCO is better. But that is just my opinion and matchmaking don't really matter cause its just for fun any ways and rank really dont matter and MM is broken. I don't think the mod creator is going to make MM anyways for CSCO cause they will have to code the servers and the ranks and then pay for the servers and keep them running. But if you want the MM feel go to FaceIt they are running CSCO pugs so that is one thing you can do.
