  6. He is believed to have been born in Manchester and his family is of Libyan origin
  7. A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident
  8. Vigils have been held in Manchester, Birmingham and elsewhere

It's scary and sad that such a thing is happening in this day and age.
Suicide bombers have always been a crazy thing in Israel, but they went and built a wall, and that stopped.
Perhaps it's time the UK did the same thing?
